The level of detail and quality was amazing, they even liaised with electricians for us to make the process as smooth as possible. Massive shout-out to Olti and Enri, who have completely transformed our living space. They knocked through the living room, dining room, and kitchen to create one family space. We had to have three large steels installed as they removed the supporting walls, and a lintel fitted to allow us to open the fireplace through from the living room to the dining room. They also replastered the whole of the downstairs, including the hallway and spare rooms, and did a fantastic job fitting the kitchen.
Their attention to detail and workmanship is second to none (even the quartz fitting team commented on it). We didn’t realise how many unforeseen issues could come up during a project like this, but their expertise and problem-solving were outstanding, and they kept us informed every step of the way.
These guys are incredibly hardworking, and we’ve already recommended them to friends and family. We’ve found our builders for life.

"Olti & Enri did an excellent job of reconstructing our whole bathroom! They removed all of the old fittings, reconfigured all of the plumbing and layout and fitted the new bathroom, plastered, repositioned our loft hatch and laid new flooring. They do everything to such a high standard - we only go to them now!
Last year they converted our kitchen and dinning room into an open plan space and fitted the new kitchen. They are very clean, respectful of your house and space (we have 2 young children and dog), friendly and clearly very talented!

"Olti and his Enri are a couple of very hard working guys who renovated our two bedroom Victorian house. They installed insulation under the floorboards, and fitted LVT throughout the ground floor. They replastered the walls and ceilings and painted all the internal walls and ceilings the house throughout. Enri did a fantastic job in painting the external walls of the property and fitted a modern looking fence in the courtyard garden.
The root cause of damp on some walls was identified and rectified too. The existing mains water lead piping was also replaced by modern piping which was subsequently connected to the main water supply.
The extensive work was carried out to a high standard and regular progress was reported. Olti has an excellent work ethic and went beyond our expectations in completing the work by the planned date. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for any construction or decorating work. 5 stars rating from me.

We hired them to fix our bathroom following a significant leak, and from the initial problem-solving stage right through to the finished delivery, they were absolutely outstanding. They managed the entire process within our budget, offered full co-operation.
Beyond the bathroom, they also tackled a particularly challenging job: fitting a dishwasher into our poorly-made existing kitchen cabinetry. Their skilled problem-solving transformed the functionality of our kitchen and significantly improved our daily lifestyle.

We used Bristol Refurbishment to rescue a botched plastering job. We can only give them 10 out of 10 for an excellent job well done. We no longer need to wallpaper just paint, the whole of the sitting room, hall, stairway and landing. We give them a big thank you.
Then, because of theyre excellent service, we hired them to refurbish our bathroom, what a job, completely removed all of the old tiles and fittings, wallboarded, rearranged the plumbing and fitted all of the new bathroom furniture. Now every time my partner goes to the bathroom she says (I love my bathroom).
We are repeat customers of Olti and Enri and would recommend them for renovation projects. We first worked with them a few years ago where they helped us renovate a tired kitchen/dining room. And this year they completely renovated a bathroom for us. They have a very can-do practical attitude. They ask a lot of questions when quoting so we can think potential problems through properly and timely and take a lot of care in their work. In our projects they have completed a whole array of tasks: wallpaper stripping, plastering, removed lath and plaster ceilings, built new walls and ceilings, stripped out kitchen and bathroom units/fixtures, rebuilt bathroom plumbing, fitted new radiators and valves, done a lovely job on tiling both rooms, fitted a new bathroom and refitted our kitchen units for us. They also arranged disposal of waste. Pricing has been very reasonable.

After Olti and Enri completed our bathroom, we had them back to completely renovate our downstairs wc, including re plastering, retiling and fitting a new wc, sink and towel rad. They also replastered the hallway and landing, retiled the porch and changed all the doors and radiators throughout the house. They have an extremely high level of finish and are very knowledgeable in what they do - especially when it came to making all our reclaimed doors fit! We would highly recommend

After using Olti and Enri before to create a shower room in our garden studio, we went back to them to remove old cast iron down pipes, simplify the pipework and install new uPVC downpipes. They finished the job quickly and to a high standard. Highly recommend.

Henry and Olti did a great job, new bathroom ripped out and fitted, and fitted a new lentil in the living room, and cut the walls, they did amazing job, and give great advise on the project, we are very happy with the new bathroom, and the new kitchen opening, they work very hard long hours and weekends, and bank holidays, I used Olti and Henry for my old flat, this is the second time I am using them and they always did a great job, they have always been very professional, hard working, polite, and finish the project on time and price and agreed can't thank them enough,
Olti and his brother Enri did an amazing job of our kitchen. We needed 2 walls knocking down and additional supports added, as well as plumbing, taking out old pipework, floor leveled, plastering and fitting a new kitchen.
They turned up early every morning and cracked on with the work for the day. They were always polite, conscientious and friendly, taking great care in their work.
I really liked that we had a few builders over to quote, but Olti was the only one who took up the floorboards to look at the joists! Because of his diligence, nothing was a surprise, the quote was accurate and broken down into individual sections so we could see how much each bit of work cost.
I would highly recommend them and we're planning to get them back in the future to help with our bathroom.

Bristol refurbishment take great pride in their work and deliver to an exceptionally high standard, on time. Their work ethic and expertise is very admirable and they are easy to work with. They tiled the outside walls and cement planters. It was a difficult job as we're on a hill so lots of uneven parts. We're delighted with the results, and we've never received so many positive comments from the neighbours before!

They conducted a kitchen dinner conversion for us in a Victorian property. Several issues arose with the existing structure as the work unfolded, which they addressed after carefully insuring that we were aware of all the options and providing us with all the information we wanted/needed.
Upon completion, we were provided with all the required certifications (gas and electrical) which ensured that Building Control sign-off was smooth.
I cant recommend them enough and several of our friends have now also used them for a range of home improvement projects.
